IMI received award for the Structural Steel, Stairs & Miscellaneous Metals including the exterior Corten steel cladding for the 316 Des Meurons Mixed-Use Project downtown Winnipeg. We are excited to put our skillset of diversity in product to work. Heavy structural steel on main & second floor, then steel stairs & railings and finally a fancy specialty cladding, we are up for the challenge.

We are pleased to announce we will be working with a local blumenort friend to accomplish this beautiful 4 story condo in one of our favourite downtown winnipeg spots. Nestled in the heart of Wolsely area, this building will consist of a commercial space on the main floor along Westminster and the rest is condo’s.

God’s Lake Manitoba is getting a new nursing station this year and we are very excited to be apart of that venture. NDL Construction is the General contractor.
Given that it is an ice road job we have begun procuring the project so as to meet the tight deadline for shipment early this year. Luckily we have a lot of experience with ice road jobs so the team has mobilized quickly and we are on track. Stay tuned for project photos in the projects section.

Imperial has been awarded the miscellaneous scope for this 7-story condoplex with Crystal Construction. The scope will include some architecturally exposed entry pieces, multiple stair wells and more. This should be another great housing complex for the ever growing city of Winnipeg.
