In addition to the many schools we have going this year, we are uniquely pleased to be a part of the Ecole school given its proximity to our home town of Steinbach. And many IMI employees and children will be directly impacted by this new addition to the growing community of La Broquerie.

In 2022 we will have another record breaking year for school projects. Ebb & Flow being one of the exciting ones with over 40,000sqft of well designed space by Architecture49. Imperial was awarded the scope of Structural Steel, Decking & Miscellaneous Metals with NDL Construction. Installation will begin mid summer 2022.

Imperial was recently awarded the classroom addition and Pipefitters shop addition in the growing metropolis of Morden, Manitoba. These 2 new additions will help with the growing population and continue education, something we are always please to be a part of! IMI was awarded the structural steel, miscellaneous metals and steel decking.

Imperial is pleased to announce we are the successful steel trade for the Kingfisher School. Almost 27,000sqft, this will be an amazing state of the art school to compliment the community. IMI was awarded the Structural steel, Miscellaneous metals, steel decking and glulam installation.

Imperial is ecstatic to receive the honour of helping build the High School in Waverley West. This growing area is in need of more space and this school will be a major landmark. Over 116,000sqft of space, 3 stories tall, 4,000sqft library, outdoor learning areas and so much more. IMI was awarded the Structural steel, Decking and Misc metals.

This is an exciting project!! The Desautels Concert Hall will be a 25,000sqft addition to the existing Tache Hall. The new building will give additional stage space for performance and rehearsals. Imperial was awarded the contract for Structural Steel, Decking, Walkways, Stainless Rails, Stairs & Railings and all Miscellaneous metals. Stay tuned for construction progress.

IMI is ecstatic to have been award the Lake St Martin School this year! It fits perfectly into our mission of building to improve life. We hope this school can be a place of learning for the projected growth coming to Lake St Martin in the coming years!

IMI is pleased to announce we have officially been awarded the Southeast Collegiate School & Lodge project! Imperial is especially interested in being a part in creating places of learning so this is an exciting project for us to be a part of. General Contractor is ConPro Construction and project is slated to start in July of 2016.
