Not only have they put together a beautiful building but have created an entirely new development home to commercial, retail & residential to house the new office building. IMI has felt our mission to Improve lives can come in many forms, particularly in the projects we seek to be a part of. The past year has given us much opportunity to be a part of the growing province of Manitoba, helping build structures to house the increase in population. We recently were awarded such a project, called The Jefferson, which will be constructed with some great people. Owned by Paragon and Construction Management by Bockstael. We are excited to begin.

Imperial is pleased to announce we are the successful steel trade for the Kingfisher School. Almost 27,000sqft, this will be an amazing state of the art school to compliment the community. IMI was awarded the Structural steel, Miscellaneous metals, steel decking and glulam installation.

After a the tragic fire last year, the Stone Creek Plaza building is ready to rebuild. Imperial is very pleased to be a part of rebuilding this structure in our home town!! Right across the street from our other project with HyLife.

IMI has been awarded the Structural steel for the new HyLife Office building in our home town of Steinbach, Manitoba!! This is very exciting for us as we are very proud of the growth in our city. The new building will be the flagship structure at the heart of the Mill Brook Market Development beside Superstore. The 4-storie building with over 50,000sqft of space to hold the 220+ employees.

IMI has officially been awarded the Dakota Collegiate addition/renovation. Primarily a open web joists job with some structural for the addition and steel framework around the perimeter. Imperial was awarded the scope of Structural, OWJS and Decking with General Regent Construction.
