Gods Lake Nursing Centre
by kyle on January 25, 2017God’s Lake Manitoba is getting a new nursing station this year and we are very excited to be apart of that venture. NDL Construction is the General contractor.
Given that it is an ice road job we have begun procuring the project so as to meet the tight deadline for shipment early this year. Luckily we have a lot of experience with ice road jobs so the team has mobilized quickly and we are on track. Stay tuned for project photos in the projects section.

Sioux Lookout Airport
by kyle on September 12, 2016IMI has been awarded the new Airport in Sioux Lookout Ontario. It is a design build with Penn-Co construction. Set to start in October, 2016. This is an exciting project for us, and we have crews eager to go up north again! Our scope is the Supply & Install of Structural, Miscellaneous, Joists, Decking and Install only of the glulams.

Flin Flon Hospital
by kyle on May 3, 2016IMI has just received the award for the Flin Flon hospital. We are excited to start this project and happy to get back to Flin Flon, Imperial has worked extensively in the north so our site crews are ready and willing to mobilize for this 15,000sqft addition.

by kyle on May 6, 2015Weighing in at almost 1 million pounds of steel and covering a footprint of 80,000 sqft, the state of the art building will house 100 suites. The project is in a farmers field just outside of Morden Manitoba. IMI is excited to be apart of this steel driven structure, it fits right in with our mission of building structures that help quality of life.
