Imperial has just been awarded the Structural Steel, Miscellaneous Metals and Decking for the Brandon Airport. This is an exciting project with some unique architecturally exposed structural steel. The General Contractor is TL Penner. Check back soon here or the projects page for pictures.

D Condo is a new condo development by Sandhu Developments currently under construction at 390 Assiniboine Ave, Winnipeg. The development is scheduled for completion in 2016. It will tower above the Red River a total of 24 stories. IMI was awarded the Miscellaneous steel as well as the small amount of Structural.

IMI is confident with our School building experience and the recent close of similar school Amber Trails, which just wrapped up a few months ago, that this project will meet its critical, short timeline for completion. Project is set to start right away with Penn-Co Construction. We will supply & install the Structural, Miscellaneous, Joists, Decking and Delta Beams.

IMI is right at home in the northern part of Manitoba so we were excited to have won this project in Grand Rapids. This contracts scope includes Structural, Miscellaneous, Joists and Decking. We also will be putting up the glulams. General is Fresh Projects.
