Stone Creek Plaza Rebuild

After a the tragic fire last year, the Stone Creek Plaza building is ready to rebuild. Imperial is very pleased to be a part of rebuilding this structure in our home town!! Right across the street from our other project with HyLife.

UofM Tache Hall

This is an exciting project!! The Desautels Concert Hall will be a 25,000sqft addition to the existing Tache Hall. The new building will give additional stage space for performance and rehearsals. Imperial was awarded the contract for Structural Steel, Decking, Walkways, Stainless Rails, Stairs & Railings and all Miscellaneous metals. Stay tuned for construction progress.

HyLife HQ Steinbach

IMI has been awarded the Structural steel for the new HyLife Office building in our home town of Steinbach, Manitoba!! This is very exciting for us as we are very proud of the growth in our city. The new building will be the flagship structure at the heart of the Mill Brook Market Development beside Superstore. The 4-storie building with over 50,000sqft of space to hold the 220+ employees.

This is a private athletic club for individuals and families of all ages where you can enjoy a wide variety of programs and facilities in a secure and motivating environment. IMI was awarded the Miscellaneous Metals & Structural Steel on the addition & new entry with Concord Projects as the Construction Manager.
