In 2022 we will have another record breaking year for school projects. Ebb & Flow being one of the exciting ones with over 40,000sqft of well designed space by Architecture49. Imperial was awarded the scope of Structural Steel, Decking & Miscellaneous Metals with NDL Construction. Installation will begin mid summer 2022.

IMI is ecstatic to have been award the Lake St Martin School this year! It fits perfectly into our mission of building to improve life. We hope this school can be a place of learning for the projected growth coming to Lake St Martin in the coming years!

God’s Lake Manitoba is getting a new nursing station this year and we are very excited to be apart of that venture. NDL Construction is the General contractor.
Given that it is an ice road job we have begun procuring the project so as to meet the tight deadline for shipment early this year. Luckily we have a lot of experience with ice road jobs so the team has mobilized quickly and we are on track. Stay tuned for project photos in the projects section.
