Imperial has just received the award of the Structural Steel & Miscellaneous Metals for the Manitoba Clinic. We recently completed the addition to the parkade, supplying all Miscellaneous metals, so we will feel right at home to continue onto this beautiful 10 story building. IMI’s portion of structural is primarily the 10th story steel and penthouse.

IMI is always proud to be apart of Steinbach’s growth, and the Bethesda Primary Care Clinic is fantastic addition to our city! We are so excited to begin this steel project, approx. 31,000sqft over two floors, this will help serve the growing population and needed health care facilities.

IMI loves to diversify, hence why we were so excited to Supply & Install the steel for this modern boathouse on our favourite lake! We took care of everything above the dock level and managed to put the steel up in 1 day. We are hoping to see more of these projects in 2016, so stay tuned!

Imperial loves the chance to contribute to unique structures in Manitoba, and the Bayview Office Building is quite an architectural feature. A powder coated grand staircase, pitched steel roof, a grand entry! We are glad to be a part of the construction. The 13,000sqft structure is set to be starting in december so we will work through the winter to get the building up. Check back for photos.

Located at 200 River Avenue, the Winnipeg Winter Club is truly a Club where you can be proud to be a member. IMI was awarded the Miscellaneous Metals & Structural Steel on the addition & new entry with Concord Projects as the Construction Manager.

Imperial has been awarded the miscellaneous scope for this 7-story condoplex with Crystal Construction. The scope will include some architecturally exposed entry pieces, multiple stair wells and more. This should be another great housing complex for the ever growing city of Winnipeg.

IMI has been awarded the supply of walkways and MISC steel items for the new Learning Centre in Whale Cove Nunavut. We are pleased to be a contributor in bringing children in the area a place to learn and grow. The steel will have to be shipped to a port in Montreal and then up a barge to Whale Cove.

Weighing in at almost 1 million pounds of steel and covering a footprint of 80,000 sqft, the state of the art building will house 100 suites. The project is in a farmers field just outside of Morden Manitoba. IMI is excited to be apart of this steel driven structure, it fits right in with our mission of building structures that help quality of life.
