Welding inspection ensuring quality control and quality assurance are paramount to the success and safety of any IMI project. Quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) processes are crucial to maintaining standards, meeting regulatory requirements, and delivering our final product. On staff IMI offers a qualified welding inspector validated through the Canadian Welding Bureau. We find this a unique way to add reliability throughout various stages of ongoing site installation as we take our promises of raising our own standards to another level.
Did you know Imperial does steel decking? This is a service we have been providing for decades so the job site can keep moving after we put up the structure. Our crews are experienced in all types of steel decking from 1-1/2″ up to 3″. Standard light zinc coated, galvanized, acoustic, roof and concrete floor decking.
Imperial uses the Hilti Engineered Pins to fasten decking. We will provide an engineer stamped document outlining specs, get approval by Consultants and do regular inspections & sign-offs to ensure quality.
Imperial has been using 3D modelling for decades and uses the latest in BIM technology to help projects analyze clash comparisons and create efficiencies between trades to ensure success on site.
3D modeling in construction improves accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration, leading to better project outcomes. Helping teams collaborate more effectively, as 3D models can be easily shared and reviewed by architects, engineers, and contractors.
