IMI is excited to announce we have been awarded the contract for the Structural Steel, Girder-slab system®, Joists & Decking, Miscellaneous metals and all Steel Stairs & Railings for the 2nd phase of the Link Project. This 250 unit apartment complex will help with the growing needs of the city.

GC is Penfor Construction, and project is set to begin late 2024.
