Imperial is pleased to announced we have been awarded the contract for the 308 Colony St Project with Bockstael Construction. IMI has been awarded the Structural steel, Decking, Steel stairs & railings and all miscellaneous metals. We are excited to be a part of building Winnipeg’s skyline and helping giving people a beautiful place to live.

This 21-storey high-rise is part of the growing vibrant neighbourhood on Colony Street. The project will house 214 apartment units with two commercial spaces on the ground floor. Construction is set to start in 2023.
