Following along with our mission statement of Improving lives, we feel it doesn’t just apply to Hospitals, Universities, Schools & Factories, but also to give people a place to live. So it is our pleasure to be a part of another multi-family housing project in Winnipeg to help meet the demand of the growing province.

This 6-storey building, holding 116 units, features a large resident gym and spa, and 2 levels of underground parking.  It is the third phase of this apartment development adjacent to the University of Manitoba.
